AGroup’s history and important milestones
Year 2000
The vision was to make collaboration within companies more efficient and to improve data quality, positively impacting many aspects of the organizations using the solution.
HRB Portal was derived from a larger enterprise system and later developed in a small apartment in Riga by 10 people. The goal was to build a modern HR and payroll system accessible through a web browser and powered by modern technologies.
-> 2008
The story officially began with the establishment of the AGroup, building on the earlier vision and development work.

-> 2011
AGroup acquired a Polish partner and started its expansion journey in Poland, marking the first step in international growth.
-> 2016
AGroup signed a contract with ADP to roll out the portal to its customer base of approximately 200 companies, processing around 200,000 employees each month. ADP remains the largest customer in terms of employees processed on HRB Portal. The customer is a global, industry-leading provider of online payroll and HR solutions.
-> 2017
The payroll solution was launched for Telia. Following this launch, the company successfully completed localization of the solution for the Lithuanian market, enabling further regional expansion.
After a successful launch in the Lithuanian market, AGroup attracted many significant customers across Baltics

-> 2019
By this time, AGroup had doubled both its revenue and its team size, reflecting strong growth and increasing market trust.

AGroup joined the trusted ecosystem of European software companies, Everfield to support its ongoing growth.
-> Today
Throughout its journey, AGroup has believed in people, acknowledging that its success would never have been possible without them. Today, AGroup continues to grow, improve, and expand.
